The DOC-ANEW HRSA grant establishes extended (3-6 months) intensive rural mental health and primary care clinical experiences (traineeships) and DNP final project opportunities for UW PMHNP and AGNP-PC students in DOC clinics
Five scholarships are awarded annually, totalling $22,000 per awardee to be used for tuition, other school-related fees, stipend, and travel costs associated with the designated clinical rotation(s) in rural parts of WA state.
